These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the X-Wireless EasyAccounts platform (“Service”), operated by XWIRELESS LTD (“XWIRELESS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. About the Service

X-Wireless EasyAccounts is a cloud-based accounting and invoicing software that allows users to record income and expenses, create invoices, generate financial reports, and organise business records.

The Service does not provide tax filing, auditing, accounting advice, legal advice, or professional advisory services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service.

2.2 You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities that occur under your account

2.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

3. Subscription Plans, Free Plan, and Trials

XWIRELESS may offer a free plan with usage limits. These limits may change at any time at our discretion.

3.2 Paid Plans and Trials
Paid plans may include a 30-day free trial unless stated otherwise. After the trial period, continued use requires payment.

3.3 Billing

  • Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance

  • All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice

3.4 Downgrades
If payment fails or a subscription expires, access may be downgraded or restricted without loss of ownership of your data.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent financial data

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service

  • Interfere with system security or performance

  • Use the Service to provide regulated professional services without appropriate licensing

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you input.

5. Data Ownership and User Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload (“User Content”).

5.2 Licence to XWIRELESS
You grant XWIRELESS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.3 Data Accuracy
We do not verify, validate, or audit your data. Outputs, reports, and calculations are generated based on information you provide.

6. No Professional Advice Disclaimer (Critical)

The Service is a technology platform only.

  • We do not provide accounting, auditing, tax, legal, or financial advice

  • Reports and summaries are informational, not authoritative

  • You should consult licensed professionals before making financial or tax decisions

XWIRELESS assumes no liability for decisions made based on Service outputs.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. XWIRELESS:

  • Does not control third-party services

  • Is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or security

  • Disclaims all liability arising from third-party use

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

8. Availability and Service Changes

8.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8.2 We may:

  • Perform maintenance

  • Suspend access temporarily or permanently

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruption beyond reasonable control.

  • XWIRELESS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
